PIVOTING IN HEELS, A DIGITAL NON-FOR-PROFIT
Focusing on empowering women by sharing stories via social media as a way for women to learn from each other. Donations go towards educational scholarships for women, and for empowerment by supporting leadership development.

Arabel Alva Rosales, JD, is CEO and president of AAR & Assocs., Ltd., boasts more than 10 years in the technology industry, with work in software and telecom. She is co-founder and principal of Latino Fashion Week and founder of non-profit, Pivoting in Heels, a platform that believes “great leaders know how to pivot, and do it in heels” that provides educational and leadership development scholarships.  

There’s a Spanish saying, “women look prettier when they’re quiet” but, Arabel proves that you’re more beautiful when you use your distinct voice to make a positive impact.
