Rachael Leson currently serves as Partner and Creative Lead at PIVOTstudio, a position held since September 2021, and previously held the role of Director of Interior Design at FRCH Design Worldwide from November 2010 to July 2021. Rachael's expertise in hospitality design is evident from the time spent at FRCH Design Worldwide, where collaboration with architects and graphic designers was essential in taking hotel and restaurant projects from concept to construction. Prior experience includes a role as a Kitchen Planner at IKEA, where customer assistance in kitchen design was a primary focus, along with earlier positions in interior design at FRCH Design Worldwide, FA Hunter & Associates, and NBBJ, which provided a strong foundation in project documentation and specifications. Rachael Leson earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Cincinnati.
