John Trauscht

John Trauscht is an accomplished graphic designer with extensive experience in the animation and design industries. Currently serving as an International Senior Graphic Designer at Pixar Animation Studios since June 2021, Trauscht's professional journey includes founding and operating PopTop Studio, LLC, from March 2014 to June 2021, where a diverse clientele was served. Prior to that, Trauscht held the position of VP of Design at SpringSprang Studio, LLC, contributing to a team of award-winning veterans for five years, and spent a decade at Big Idea, Inc. as a Design Manager and Senior Designer, leading the development of key marketing campaigns for children's entertainment. Earlier career roles included positions at Wencel/Hess Design, Equity Group Investments, and Dragonette, Inc., helping to establish a strong foundation in design and project management. John Trauscht holds a BA in Journalism from Loyola University Chicago and an AAS in Digital Design from the American Academy of Art.
