Steve Bloom, ACE, is an accomplished film editor with extensive experience in the animation industry. Since December 2001, Steve has served as the Lead Editor at Pixar Animation Studios, contributing significantly to films such as COCO and working as a co-editor on TURNING RED and ELIO. Prior to this role, Steve worked as an editor on an independent feature at THE BREATHING SHOW and at Industrial Light + Magic, where editing duties included an unfinished CG animated feature, FRANKENSTEIN, and a CG animated short, WORK IN PROGRESS. Earlier experience includes a position as a 2nd editor on ANTZ at PDI-Dreamworks, along with contributions to SHREK and the unfinished project TUSKER. Steve Bloom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cinema Television from the University of Southern California, earned between 1978 and 1982.
