Thorsten Sauer

Thorsten Sauer is an international general manager driving digital transformation in ICT businesses, with a focus on growth, process and technology transformation, M&A, and post-merger integration. They currently serve as Chief Executive Officer at Pixel Power, Managing Director of Media Technology at Rohde & Schwarz, and Director at Richmond Bridge Associates. They previously led ICE as Chief Executive Officer (2018–2022) and Red Bee Media as Chief Executive Officer (2012–2017). Their career includes leadership roles at Ericsson across multiple positions and other consulting and executive roles, and they hold an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Kaiserslautern, along with executive education from IMD, Columbia Business School, and London Business School.
