Pixel Robotics uses an optical AI recognition system to convert the real world of intralogistics into a digital real-time twin. The patented recognition system is used to track and digitise warehouse movements like of industrial trucks, goods and people. 
The real-time data obtained can be utilised in a wide range of applications: Visualization and optimization of intralogistics, reduction of errors and accidents through to the complete automation of manual processes.
In combination with our Pixel PT LEAN-robot, pallet transports can be automated cost-effectively and flexibly in particularly dynamic environments. Using real-time data from the digital twin, transport orders can be generated automatically and continuously adapted to the current traffic situation. At vehicle level too, various features such as fork recognition and pick up of rotated pallets ensure smooth mixed operation with human colleagues.
