Magdalena Jaruga

Magdalena Jaruga is an Operations Manager and Project Manager with extensive experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. They served as the Deputy Director at the Lodz Metropolitan Area Association from 2015 to 2020, where they managed teams and oversaw various strategic initiatives. Currently, Magdalena is the Head of Operations at Pixel Technology, where they coordinate efforts across multiple teams and manage significant IT projects. They are pursuing a Master's degree in International Relations at Uniwersytet Łódzki and a postgraduate degree in Regional Development at Uniwersytet Warszawski.
