Cher Little is a strategic business manager with a proven expertise in performance and lifecycle marketing, innovative growth, and lead generation strategies. Currently serving as the Head of Member Success at Farm Owners Academy since 2025, they previously held the position of Head of Client Strategy & Delivery at PixelForce in 2026. Cher co-founded Orangetheory Fitness in 2014 and played a pivotal role as Director until 2024, successfully growing the community to over 600 members and ranking among the top studios in Australia. They hold a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science from the University of South Australia and are pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at Deakin University.
