Bao Le

Bao Le has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. They began their career at Lotte Duty Free as an HR Assistant, where they handled various administrative tasks and served as a liaison between the HR manager and employees. After that, they joined AO Cosmetics as a Human Resources Executive, where they were responsible for HR functions and management. Following AO Cosmetics, Bao Le worked as a Senior Executive Human Resources at Pixelz Inc, a leading platform for E-commerce industry's product image retouching. Currently, Bao Le holds the position of Human Resources Supervisor at Pixelz Inc, where they oversee HR operations. In 2023, they will be joining FPT Education as a Visiting Lecturer in Economics. Throughout their career, Bao Le demonstrated their expertise in HR management and administration.

Bao Le completed a Bachelor of Human Resources Management degree at the University of Economics - The University of Danang. Bao also earned a Bachelor of State Management degree from the same university, specializing in Political Science and Government. Prior to their university studies, Bao attended the Quốc Học – Huế High School for the Gifted. Additionally, Bao has obtained a series of certifications, including an EFSET English Certificate, ISO 9001:2015 QMS Assessment and Improvement for Internal Auditor, Continuous Improvement Mindset, Leadership & People Management, Compensation & Benefit Management, Become an HR Business Partner, Preparing to Manage Human Resources, Competencies and KPIs setting - Performance Evaluation, and Construction and Implementing Salary 3P.
