John Valenti is an accomplished sales leader in the HCM space and currently serves as the CEO of Pixid VMS North America, where they focus on providing innovative VMS solutions for staffing organizations and SMBs. With over 20 years of industry experience, Valenti has managed more than $14 billion in spend annually and facilitated an impressive volume of staffing assignments. Previously, they co-founded Valent Mordan, achieving significant revenue growth before its acquisition, and served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Magnit, where they consistently exceeded revenue goals. Valenti also co-founded TAADS, LLC, specializing in talent assessment and development solutions, and led the Prove It! Pre-Employment Assessment business at IBM Kenexa, establishing a robust client base worldwide. Currently, Valenti continues their education at Villanova University.
