Pixie B is a Hong Kong-based consultancy and agency specialising in the creative sector in Asia. We represent IP brands and individual creators, offering strategic insight and deep industry with local territory knowledge. We negotiate and manage book, film, and television deals on behalf of our clients. We provide targeted, practical advice that cuts through the noise and complexity of operating across borders. 

The company was founded by Jo Lusby and Michelle Lombard in 2016. A fluent Chinese speaker, Jo is a veteran of the trade book publishing industry in Asia and a specialist on creative and IP business in China. Michelle is a seasoned corporate executive and accredited MBTI trainer, experienced in running and managing multinational education and news media businesses across Asia, and working with start-ups and entrepreneurs.

We work to connect book, film, television, and gaming content with quality partners and business opportunities. We work with corporate clients and start-ups to build business, secure finance, and find deals, as well as support governmental, artistic, and cultural organisations.
