Simen Kortgaard

Simen Kortgaard is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer at Pixii AS since January 2025, Simen previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Hoylu and was the Chief Executive Officer at Navidium AS, where focus was on sustainable digital transformation in the maritime industry. Simen also has experience as Chief Revenue Officer at Hallingdal Kraftnett and as Chief Executive Officer at Pratexo, where notable achievements include leading the company to become a key competitor in the European market and winning the 2021 Edge Startup Of The Year. Earlier roles include VP of Enterprise Sales at ayfie Group, Country Manager at VirtualWorks AB, and managerial positions at TIBE Reklamebyrå. Simen is an alumnus of BI Norwegian Business School.
