Dirk Walter

Dirk Walter has a diverse work experience spanning from 1999 to 2022. Dirk is currently working as the Head of CRM at Pixum since February 2022. Prior to that, they were the Inhaber und Geschäftsführer at custain Customer Management Beratung since March 2013. At Dr. Wolff-Group, they served as the Head of CRM from January 2020 to May 2021. Dirk Walter attended the University of Cologne from 1992 to 1999, where they obtained their degree in Diplom-Kaufmann with a specialization in Marketing. In October 2019, Dirk also obtained certifications as a SCRUM Master (PSM I) and a SCRUM Product Owner (PSPO I) from Scrum.org.
