Ashish Kumar

Ashish Kumar is a Senior RTL Design Engineer at Pixxel since May 2025, having previously served as a Research Scholar and Teaching Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, where a PhD in Electrical Engineering focused on communication-assisted adaptive protection for AC Transmission Networks was pursued. In addition to academic responsibilities, Ashish was a Research and Development Intern at SAPIIENT Advanced Technologies, where work involved designing a sensor fusion platform and developing hardware and software. Teaching Assistant roles included instructing courses in Advanced Digital System Design and Programming in C++ at the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra, respectively. Ashish earned a Master of Technology in Engineering Systems from Dayalbagh Educational Institute prior to the PhD. Professional experience also includes a summer training at All India Radio.
