Rakshith Ramesh

Rakshith Ramesh is a seasoned professional in image processing and avionics, currently serving as a Senior Research Scientist at Pixxel since June 2019, where responsibilities include enhancing earth observation satellites through innovative algorithms and systems. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant at Qualcomm, specializing in space systems design, and as a Design Engineer in Wireless R&D, focusing on low-power micro-architecture for Qualcomm's chipsets. Earlier, Rakshith contributed as a Design Engineer in avionics for TeamIndus - Axiom Research Labs, leading the design of crucial digital systems for a lunar lander, and completed internships at Qualcomm and the Indian Institute of Science. Educational credentials include a Master of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto and an undergraduate degree from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Rakshith also held a position as a Junior Fellow at Massey College.
