Van Le has accumulated diverse human resources experience in the educational and hospitality sectors. Starting as an HR Intern at Vietnam Airlines in May 2019, Van transitioned to a Recruitment Executive role at Annam Group from 2020 to April 2022. Following this, Van served as an HR Executive at Vietnam Australia International School from April 2022 to June 2024, contributing to the HR functions for a large private school group serving over 8,000 students. Currently, Van holds the position of Senior HRBP at Pizza 4P's since August 2024. Van Le earned a Bachelor's degree in Office Management from Hoa Sen University between 2015 and 2019.
