Daniel Miles has an extensive culinary background with experience spanning over a decade. Starting as a Pastry Assistant at La Belle Vie in 2006, Daniel progressed to a Line Cook at Solera Restaurant & Event Center from 2007 to 2009. Following this, Daniel served as Chef de Cuisine at Level 5 Cafe and Guthrie Theater Catering until 2012. At Parasole Restaurant Holdings, Inc., from 2012 to 2016, Daniel held the positions of Executive Sous Chef and subsequently Executive Chef. Since December 2019, Daniel has been the Corporate Executive Chef at Pizza Luce. Daniel's academic foundation includes an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary from Le Cordon Bleu - Minneapolis/St. Paul.
