Brook Watson has over a decade of experience in restaurant management, currently serving as General Manager at Pizza Ranch since December 2018. Previously, Brook held the General Manager position at Old Chicago Restaurants from June 2015 to August 2018 and was an Assistant General Manager at Pizza Ranch from April 2013 to June 2015.
