Aaron Archuleta

Aaron Archuleta currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at &pizza, a position held since November 2023, where the focus is on innovative pizza-making in a dynamic environment. Previously, Aaron held the role of Director of Operations at RAVE Restaurant Group, Inc. from November 2019 to November 2023, and served as Regional Director of Operations at Pei Wei from July 2015 to November 2019, overseeing multiple restaurant teams across various states. Aaron's extensive experience in the food service industry also includes roles as Market Manager, General Manager, and Kitchen Manager, emphasizing the development of strong leadership, teamwork, and high guest satisfaction. Earlier roles include General Manager positions at Project Pie and Krayvings, as well as serving as Kitchen Manager at Pei Wei from 2007 to 2014. Education was completed at Central New Mexico Community College.
