Operations Team

The Operations Team at Pizzabakeren ensures smooth daily functioning across all outlets. The HSEQ Coordinator oversees health, safety, environment, and quality standards compliance. Deltidsmedarbeider staff handle day-to-day tasks, such as order preparation and customer service. The Skiftleder, or Shift Leader, manages shift schedules, supervises staff, and ensures operational efficiency.
