Michael May

Michael May is a Vice President in the Telecommunications Group. He joined PJ SOLOMON in 2020.

Prior to joining PJ SOLOMON, Mr. May was a Vice President in the TMT group at Cowen where he advised clients on buy- and sell-side M&A, as well as equity, convertible and debt financings.

His assignments have included the majority sale of Ritter Communications to Grain Management, the sale of LightBound to DataBank and the sale of Lynx Network Group to Everstream.
