Lucy Small

Lucy Small is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Adviser and previously as an HR Assistant at PJA since April 2022. Prior to this role, Lucy worked at Laing O'Rourke from November 2020 to April 2022 as an LPM Clerk, contributing to projects at Hinkley Point C. Lucy also held the position of Payroll Assistant at Zellis from October 2018 to November 2020. Currently pursuing a CIPD L5 Associate Diploma in People Management at Solihull College & University Centre, Lucy has also completed education at Solihull College & University Centre from September 2022 to May 2023 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Education from Birmingham Newman University between 2014 and 2016.
