PJT Executive Search supports UK accountancy firms with growth-led capability, off-market origination and senior Partner search.

We work with Managing Partners, service line leaders, investors and corporate development teams looking to build capability across specific regions, service lines or strategic growth areas.

That can mean a Partner or Director appointment.

But increasingly, it means something broader.

A team lift.
An acqui-hire.
A boutique acquisition conversation.
A discreet approach to a leadership group that is not actively looking, but may be open to the right strategic move.

Many firms do not have a “recruitment problem”.

They have a capability problem.

They need Corporate Finance depth in a region.
They need Private Client Tax succession.
They need Transaction Services leadership.
They need a team that can move together, deliver together and create momentum quickly.

That is where PJT helps.

Our work sits at the point where executive search, corporate development and off-market origination overlap.

We focus mainly on UK accountancy firms across:

• Corporate Finance
• Transaction Services
• Debt Advisory
• Valuations
• Private Client Tax
• Partner and Director search
• Team lifts and acqui-hires
• Boutique acquisition origination
• Off-market strategic introductions

We work across Big 4, Top 10, PE-backed, independent and boutique accountancy firms.

The work is discreet, senior-led and commercially focused.

Where a situation moves towards a transaction, clients should use their internal corporate development teams and appointed legal, tax and corporate finance advisers. PJT’s role is focused on market intelligence, origination, discreet outreach and strategic introductions.
