Jesper Overgaard serves as Underdirektør Økonomi, Facility, It- & Cybersikkerhed at PKA since January 2019, focusing on reporting and governance in outsourcing, IT security, and cyber risk management amid increasing regulatory demands. Jesper became ISO27001 Lead Implementer certified in 2022 and attained CISM certification in 2023, enhancing expertise in information and cybersecurity to support continuous improvements, risk assessments, and controls. Prior to PKA, Jesper held positions such as Koncernøkonomichef at PenSam and Regnskabschef at Lægernes Pension & Bank, with extensive experience in finance since 1998, including roles at Sampension and TrygVesta. Educational qualifications include an HD in Accounting from the University of Southern Denmark and various certifications in cybersecurity and leadership.
