Kenneth Østergaard is a legal counsel specializing in banking and finance, insolvency law, and securities law. They have served as an external lecturer at the University of Copenhagen and held various positions, including attorney-at-law and business developer at Alm Brand Bank, ESG Chief at Sydbank, and interim underdirector and chief legal counsel at PKA. Kenneth began their academic journey by earning a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen and studied as an exchange student at UC Hastings College of the Law.
