Mischa DeNola is the Director of Product Content at PKG Technologies, where they focus on innovative content strategies that enhance product success. With a passion for creative writing and technical content, Mischa has cultivated a talent for transforming user experiences through well-crafted documentation. Previously, they held leadership roles at Appian Corporation, where they expanded the Information Development team and implemented educational programs that led to industry recognition. Mischa's career began as a Senior Documentation Specialist at Pkg Consulting, Inc., and they also served as a Systems Analyst/Quality Specialist at IMC Global Services. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a writing minor from Portland State University.
