PKT Quantity Surveyors are pioneers within the Quantity Surveying field in Malaysia. PKT is well versed in the usage of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and the utilization of 3D modelling for cost consultancy and value management for diverse building types - ranging from Residential High-Rise to Data Centres.

PKT continues to set the trend for Quantity Surveying standards throughout Malaysia, being the first to implement a 3D Measurement Software that converts 2D pdf or CAD files into 3D models, which allows clients to visually inspect the work that is undertaken by PKT, from pre-contract to post-contract valuation processes. This provides clients comfort in the fact that all work carried out by PKT is consistently accurate and efficient.

PKT strives to continuously advance in the Quantity Surveying field to ensure we stand ahead of our competitors, with previous experience consulting with a range of local and international clients - such as Perlis Plantation Berhad, i-Berhad, EcoWorld, Tropicana Ivory, Hap Seng, Oxley Rising, UEM Sunrise, Bukit Kiara Properties, Mah Sing, Tesco, The Weir Group, Marlborough CM, HSBC and Lend Lease . We are thus able to extract these construction experiences from throughout Malaysia to further benefit all clients, regardless of complexity and location.
