Lou Branch

Lou Branch has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. They started their career in 2000 as a Desktop/Network Analyst at Compuware Corporation, where they worked until 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they served as a Technical Support Engineer at Rhino Software, Inc. They then joined West Bend Mutual Insurance in 2007 as a Middleware Administrator II, responsible for managing and administering various middleware applications and leading middleware-related projects until 2015. In 2016, Lou began working at Northwestern Mutual as a Web Engineer for a short period of time before transitioning to PKWARE. At PKWARE, they initially served as a Product Engineer from 2016 to 2020, and then advanced to the role of Manager - Data Security Platform until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager - Customer Support at PKWARE, which they started in April 2022.

Lou Branch attended Hope College from 1992 to 1994, where they studied engineering. In addition to their college education, Lou obtained several certifications, including A+ from CompTIA, AINS from The Institutes, AIT from The Institutes, MCP from Microsoft, MCTS from Microsoft, and Network+ from CompTIA.
