Aaron Dely is currently the Senior Director of Global Research & Development at PL Developments, where they provide leadership in the transition of projects from research to commercialization. Previously, Aaron was a Senior Formulations Scientist at Azopharma and a Senior Scientist at Andrx Pharmaceuticals. With expertise in product development processes, including Quality By Design and Risk Management, Aaron's work focuses on new product development and process improvements. Aaron studied at the University of Florida from 1997 to 1999.
