Charles Cain

Charles Cain is General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for all legal affairs, Corporate Compliance and Human Resources. He previously served for 12 years as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Banner Pharmacaps, and has over 25 years of experience in private practice focused on corporate, finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Charles holds a BA in Economics from Wake Forest University and a JD/MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
