Eddie Grimm

Eddie Grimm is the VP of Operations overseeing PL Developments’ production and logistics. He is responsible for developing and executing operational plans, controlling and reducing costs, along with new facilities project management. He leads engineering and management teams toward visionary best-in-class objectives in safety, quality, technology, continuous improvement, and lean operations while meeting customer demands. Ed has 26 years of experience in recruiting extraordinary people to produce highly effective teams that have contributed to the success of PLD’s rapid organizational growth. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from The New York Institute of Technology.
