Luis R. Ordóñez has extensive experience in corporate validation and technology transfer within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently, they serve as the Corporate Validation lead at PL Developments Pharmaceuticals in the USA, overseeing Technology Transfer and Validation Teams and managing quality-related issues. Previously, they held various positions at Valeant Pharmaceuticals, Watson Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, and Eli Lilly, where they were responsible for process validation, compliance with regulatory standards, and the successful transfer of new products from research to manufacturing. They earned a Master's degree from the Universidad de Puerto Rico.
