Sophia Sutphen

Sophia Sutphen is the VP of Human Resources responsible for strategic workforce planning, employee relations, organizational change, risk management, and total compensation. She has over 20 years of experience in HR-related positions. Prior to entering the pharmaceutical manufacturing field, she has worked in both the insurance and airline industries. Sophia did her undergraduate work at Belmont Abbey College and also attended Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. She has served on the advisory board to Stony Brook University’s Center for Corporate Education and Training, and holds her SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
