Tom Cotter

Tom Cotter is Executive V.P. of Business Development, responsible for developing their new product pipeline and working with PLD’s partners to bring new products to the consumer market. Prior to joining PLD, he worked at Perrigo for 16 years where he held roles of increasing responsibility including VP of Marketing and head of Business Development. Prior to Perrigo, Tom was a Senior Brand Manager at Kellogg. He is also an attorney and worked as a corporate counsel for eight years at Kellogg and Exxon. He holds a JD, MBA and BS in Business Economics degrees from Santa Clara University.
