David Smith is a corporate real estate leader with extensive experience in project management, facilities management, and property management. They served as Director of Construction at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital from 2011 to 2012 and then as Director of Planning, Design & Construction at Archbold Medical Center from 2012 to 2016. Prior to these roles, David worked as a Project Management Consultant at KLMK Group and held positions in the United States Marine Corps.
