Katie Benson

Katie Benson is the Chief Growth Officer at PLACE. Katie is responsible for cultivating a culture of growth by leading and executing growth related strategies. Directing, coaching and leading Growth Leaders, Katie drives growth of the organization in both new and existing territories. Katie consults with the co-CEO’s regarding opportunities for more rapid expansion and drives the creation of tools and systems that power growth-related activities for Growth Leaders and Expansion Partners.

Previously, Katie was the Director Of Expansion at Xperience Real Estate. In this role, they recruited, developed, and coached the Expansion partners and Regional Directors within the Xperience organization. Xperience Real Estate provides skill development, training, coaching, administrative support, marketing support, and qualified leads to expansion partners nationwide. This allows expansion partners to focus exclusively on the service they provide to their clients, the development of their skills, and increasing their market knowledge in their respective cities while allowing the Xperience team to take care of the rest.

Katie has been in the real estate industry for over six years and has a passion for helping others reach their personal and financial goals. Katie is committed to excellence in all that they do and has a selfless but purposeful approach in their interactions with others.

Katie Benson attended Central Oregon Community College from 1994 to 1996, studying communications, fitness, nutrition, and music.
