Kyle S.

Kyle S. is currently the Director of Technology Enablement at PLACE, where they develop training plans and lead a team of tech specialists to enhance customer success. Previously, Kyle held various roles, including Customer Success Lead and Director of Customer Success at PLACE, and gained valuable experience as a Customer Success Operations Specialist at Conversica. Kyle also interned for Congresswoman Suzan DelBene and worked with the Technology Alliance Group NW to advocate for technology companies in the Pacific Northwest. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Philosophy, and Economics from Western Washington University and a CAD certificate from Washington Engineering Institute.
