Emma Starr

Emma Starr is a Programme Manager at Place2Be, overseeing prequalifying counselling programmes and contributing to various projects focused on inclusion and anti-oppressive practices. With extensive experience in programme and project management, Emma has led initiatives in mental health workforce development and volunteer training. Previous roles include Campaign Fundraising Assistant at Save the Children UK, supporting administrative functions and campaign coordination, as well as Appeal Support Officer at World Child Cancer, where digital engagement and event execution were key responsibilities.
