Eric Haines

Eric Haines is an experienced educational leader and director with a strong background in data analysis, clinical practice, and team management. Currently serving as the Director for London & South at Place2Be since December 2020, Eric oversees service delivery in schools, collaborates closely with various specialist teams, and focuses on people development and performance improvement. Previously, as Trust Data Analyst & Educational Leader at Genesis Education Trust, Eric managed extensive data records, led on health and safety implementation during COVID-19, and coached staff to meet organizational KPIs. Eric has also held roles such as Director of Education at ARBOR ACADEMY TRUST and Programme Creator and Policy Manager at International School Campus Hamburg, developing educational programs and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Eric holds a Level 4 qualification in Data Analytics and a Bachelor of Arts in Primary Education from Middlesex University.
