Jan McCarthy

Jan McCarthy, FCIPD, currently serves as an Executive Member of the Board of Trustees for De Paul UK, focusing on finance and resources for a national homeless charity for young people. In addition, Jan is the Director of People at Place2Be, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing counseling services in schools across England, Scotland, and Wales. As an Associate Consultant for The TCM Group, Jan offers mediation, investigation, training, and coaching services. Jan also evaluates candidates for membership upgrades at CIPD. Previous roles include Director at JMC HR Consultancy Services, where Jan managed organizational redesign and implemented HR systems, and HR Director at Scope, overseeing a large HR function and leading significant business transformation initiatives. Jan holds an MSc in Human Resource Development from Nottingham University Business School.
