PLACECovr started with a simple observation: If 'location, location, location' is everything in real estate, why don't you insure it? After all, location is the biggest value driver of your home, but it's an even bigger cost driver. Location-atrributable costs (all overlapping state, local and agency taxes and fees) are greater than your mortgage on Day One and grow every year - sometimes unexpectedly and uncontrollably.

PLACECovr's mission is to protect homeowner wallets against rising taxes, rising crime and falling schools - the things that homeowners care about most. Each has measurable, negative impact when they move against homeowners. They hit even harder for lower- and middle income homeowners, first-time buyers, families with school-aged kids, and folks on fixed-incomes, causing tough kitchen-table budget or even moving discussions. But you shouldn't have to worry about- or leave the life you've built.

PLACECovr's simple, affordable location insurance pays policyholders their full coverage amount immediately when their location gets worse, as measured by TownScore and StateScore - no adjustment, no cancellation. Isn't that how insurance is supposed to work?

PLACECovr location insurance is only available through select independent insurance agents.
