Phil Shearer has extensive experience in customer support, technical consulting, and information security, currently serving as Head of Support at Placecube since January 2014. In this role, Phil oversees customer support performance and leads a team of support professionals. Prior to this, Phil worked as an ETL Solution Architect, designing data extraction and transformation processes, and as an Information Security Manager, ensuring compliance with key certifications and securing network vulnerabilities. Phil's earlier roles include Application Support Manager and Principal Technical Consultant at PFI Knowledge Solutions, along with positions at Equinox IT. Phil holds a degree from the University of Bradford.
