Placefirst
Henry Marshall is an experienced investment professional currently serving as Investment Director at Placefirst since July 2023, where responsibilities include leading investment for a suburban build-to-rent platform. Previously, Henry held roles focused on acquisitions and asset management at Realstar Group from January 2015 to June 2023, and transactions at Quintain Estates and Development from July 2012 to December 2014. Henry's career began at Deloitte in real estate corporate finance from September 2006 to March 2012. Academic qualifications include a First-class BSc (Hons) in Economics from The University of Manchester, attained between 2003 and 2006.

We also have a strong track record of delivering high quality refurbishment, with homes that focus on energy efficiency, quality, and a respectful nod to the past by keeping heritage aspects wherever we can. We provide a comprehensive BTR delivery service including development, construction, resident services, and ongoing estate management.
