Joe Castillo

Joe Castillo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in land development and project management. Currently serving as Vice President at PlaceMKR since April 2023, Joe previously held the position of Director of Land Development at PulteGroup from September 2020 to April 2023. Joe's prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Toll Brothers and Friendswood Development Company, as well as Senior Project Manager at the University of Texas System. Joe began a career in development operations at Centex Destination Properties and has experience in the development sector through a role at Enron - Azurix. Joe holds an MBA in Finance/General Business from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio University.
