Eric Grimes

Eric Grimes has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Eric recently joined Placewise Group as COO in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Alchemer as a Senior Director of Customer Success from April 2022 to October 2022. In this role, they led a team of customer success managers, implemented automated Salesforce tasks, and Salesloft cadences to enhance onboarding, account review, and renewal touchpoints.

From 2011 to 2022, Eric held multiple roles at Placewise Americas. Eric started as an Account Executive before progressing to become a National Portfolio Manager, Director of Client Services, and finally Senior Director of Client Services. Eric'sresponsibilities included managing client relationships, leading company-defining projects, setting internal expectations for client communication, and providing strategic and tactical insight to clients and partners, among other tasks.

Earlier in their career, Eric worked as a Senior Account Executive at Juice Communications, where they led brand, product, and service campaigns and directed a complete company rebranding. Eric also served as an Account Manager at Bayard Advertising, where they developed leads, conducted new business meetings, and produced targeted media research strategies. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Account Executive at Aiello Public Relations & Marketing, where they wrote press releases, coordinated media interviews, planned and executed special events.

Eric's work experience also includes serving as a Graduate Assistant in Athletic Media Relations at the University of Colorado Boulder.

Eric Grimes attended Fort Lewis College from 1995 to 1998, where they studied English and Communications. Eric then went on to the University of Colorado Boulder from 1998 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Media Studies.
