Allison Giffin

Allison Giffin is an accomplished Associate II and Senior GIS Analyst at PlaceWorks, where experience spans roles from Project Planner to GIS Analyst since July 2019. Prior to this, Giffin served as a Paraprofessional Community Development Planner for the City of San Rafael, focusing on mapping, data, technical report writing, and community engagement from April 2018 to July 2019. Earlier experience includes a Public Involvement Internship at Oregon Metro, where responsibilities involved survey design, stakeholder coordination for major transit projects, and managing various communication platforms. Giffin holds a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from UC Berkeley College of Environmental Design and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Environmental Studies from Reed College.
