Cliff Lau

Cliff Lau is a skilled Project Urban Designer at PlaceWorks, a position held since September 2015, with prior experience as a Designer at Okamoto Saijo Architecture. With a solid foundation in urban design, Cliff co-founded Mass Urban and contributed to various roles, including an intern at the City of Berkeley, where contributions included revising design guidelines for the downtown area. Additional experience encompasses guest service roles and internships in planning and architecture, demonstrating a diverse skill set in design development, construction observation, and code research. Cliff holds a Master's degree in Urban Design from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
