Dina Gass Ma

Dina Gass MA, MScE, PE, QSD is a Senior Associate Engineer in Environmental Services at PlaceWorks, with extensive experience in preparing CEQA documentation, performing Hazard Risk Analyses, and conducting Title V risk analyses. Formerly, Dina served as an Assistant Professor of Sustainability at Maharishi University of Management, where key contributions included the implementation of a learning management system. As founder and co-owner of Creative Intelligence Consultancy, Dina was the first to offer the Transcendental Meditation program in the Gulf Region, handling various operational tasks. Previous roles include Environmental Team Leader at Petrofac Emirates LLC, where Dina spearheaded ISO 14001 certification, and research assistant at the American University of Beirut, focusing on wastewater reuse feasibility studies. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from the American University of Beirut, a Graduate Certificate in CEQA Practice from UC San Diego Extended Studies, and a Master of Arts in East Asian Studies from Maharishi International University.
