Ellie Fiore

Ellie Fiore is a seasoned planning professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Principal at PlaceWorks since September 2025, Ellie previously held the position of Oakland Office Director at Toole Design Group from May 2022 to August 2025. In addition, Ellie was Vice President for Public Information at APA California from January 2020 to December 2022 and served as Director of Planning Services at MIG from April 2011 to April 2022, where roles included Senior Project Manager and Project Manager.
