Tammy L. Seale is a seasoned planning professional with extensive experience in sustainability and climate change services. Currently serving as Principal at PlaceWorks since January 2017, Tammy has previously held key positions such as Associate Vice President and Director at Michael Baker International, as well as part-time lecturer at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Tammy's earlier roles include significant contributions to the City of Morro Bay, the County of San Luis Obispo, and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, where responsibilities encompassed project management, permit processing, and outdoor recreation planning. Tammy holds a Master of Science in Urban & Regional Planning and Natural Resource Management from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Conservation from the University of Colorado Boulder.
